I stumbled upon this hidden gem while exploring the outskirts of Venice, and I can safely say that it felt like a home away from home. The hotel is family-owned and operated, which adds a personal touch to the experience. The rooms were clean and well-furnished, and the hotel itself was beautifully maintained. The breakfast, served on real china, was a delightful start to the day and featured fresh baked items that changed daily. The hotel's location just minutes away from Venice allowed for easy access, while also providing a peaceful escape from the bustling city.
Everything was spot on.

The breakfast was good enough with different options. The bed and the room were comfortable for a romantic escape. The location was close to a bus stop and we could easily get to our destinations. Plus, there were some nice local restaurants a short walk from the hotel.
We had a rough time sleeping because of the noise. Both the street traffic and other guests were loud and I could hear everything.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at a small family-run hotel just outside of Venice. The hotel's location was perfect for exploring both Venice and Padua, with convenient bus connections nearby. The hosts were incredibly helpful and accommodating, providing excellent service throughout my stay. The rooms were comfortable and quiet, allowing for a peaceful night's sleep overlooking the lovely garden. Furthermore, the breakfast provided was a delightful start to the day, with a variety of delicious options served fresh at the table.
No complaints, everything was taken care of perfectly.

We picked this hotel as it was in a lovely area, perfect for walks along the river. It was very close to the bus station into Venice, which made our day trips easy. the location was easy to reach from the autostrada, which was handy after a long drive. the room was clean and tidy with comfortable beds, and the bathroom was spotless. We enjoyed breakfast every morning, with a variety of options on offer. the staff was friendly and accommodating.
The noise from the main road in front of the hotel could be heard in our room, which made it difficult to sleep.

The hotel had a great location, just a short bus ride away from the city center. the owners were very helpful, providing us with information about how to get around and recommending great places to visit. the room was spacious and comfortable, with air conditioning and free Wi-Fi. the garden was beautiful and a great place to relax after wandering around Venice all day.
The breakfast was a bit disappointing as there weren't many options, only bread, pastries, and coffee. It would have been nice to have some fresh fruit or cereal available.
